Vietnam Tourist EVisa

E-VISA REQUIREMENTS

For tourist EVisas - Please email your visa requests to:  Info@vp2go.com and email a copy of the items listed below.

For business visas with approved letters from the Vietnamese Ministry, please FedEx your passport and the items listed below.

  1. Copy of your valid and signed U.S. Passport
    •  Your passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity from expiration date.
       
  2. One (1) visa application forms
    • Application has one (1) page. All questions answered and application signed.
       
  3. Completed VP2Go Visa Order Form
    • Select the desired processing option from the chart below

 

  1. One (1) passport quality photo
    • Must be 2" x 2" and in color.
    • Printed on photo paper only. Standard printer paper is not acceptable
    • Front facing
    • White background
    • Cannot be the same photo as in your passport
       
  1. Copy of your airline ticket, travel agent itinerary or e-ticket confirmation

 

  1. Non-U.S. Passport Holders Only: Copy of your valid U.S. Green Card or U.S. Visa
    • If your valid U.S. Visa is in another passport please include it with the rest of your visa documents

 

 

BUSINESS VISA  ( Only for approved invitations from the Vietnam Ministry )

In addition to the items above:

  1. Business letter on your company's letterhead, addressed to "The Embassy of Vietnam, Consular Section, Washington DC" signed by an officer of your company, stating the following information:
    • Name of traveler as in the passport
    • Exact dates of travel
    • Contact name, address and phone number of the inviting individual/organization in Vietnam
    • Purpose of business visit to Vietnam
    • Financial guarantee of traveler's expenses to and from Vietnam


PROCESSING FEES (per person)

Select the desired processing option from the chart below. A VP2Go Visa Order form will generate upon completion. Please include it with your order.

  1. Please Select the State of Residence based on your Driver's License from the dropdown list below. Jurisdiction Fee's are not applicable to all the states.



  2. You can select your prefered service from the table below, make sure you include which state you are residing and select it from the dropdown list from step 1.

  3. Gather all necessary documents and requirements then just send everything to us and we handle the rest of the process.





 

Please Note:

  1. Business Visa requirest with an approved invite requires submission of your passport and required documents to the Vietnam Embassy/Consulate.. 
  2. Validity of your visa is based on travel dates specified in your application and travel itenerary.
  3. Non-U.S. passport holders must provide a copy of their green card or valid U.S. visa with the application.
  4. Fees and processing times for non-U.S. passport holders may vary from the published fees above.
  5. Please include a VP2Go order form to ensure proper handling of your visa request.
  6. Consular fees subject to change without notice.
